L’embarquement par la porte arrire augmente les risques d’accident graves impliquant les usagers ; dans ce cas, le chauffeur risque de souffrir de lsions psychologiques srieuses et l’usager, de blessures physiques importantes, voire mortelles. Nous ne laisserons pas le boss remettre en question notre scurit. Statement High? ce jour, la STM n’a rpondu aucune de nos proccupations. Si l’employeur continue de marteler sur toutes les tribunes qu’il est prt nous obliger laisser les usagers embarquer par toutes les portes, nous devrons utiliser ces mmes tribunes pour dnoncer quel point et comment la scurit des chauffeurs et des usagers est compromise.

Restons l’afft! PL3 - LA STM DEMANDE. L'INTERVENTION DU TRIBUNAL. Dans le cadre de la restructuration du rgime de retraite impos par la loi 15 (anciennement projet de loi 3), je vous informe que la STM et le syndicat sont en dsaccord sur l’interprtation d’une partie de la loi. Depuis plus d’une dcennie, les entreprises prives prennent de plus en plus de place dans le transport adapt et effectuent aujourd’hui plus de 87% des dplacements, reprsentant prs de 50 millions de dollars de contrats.
